The basis of Popp Binding and Laminating has always been to provide exemplary customer service to customers across the country. For 35 years, Popp has been serving customers from offices in Lidgerwood, ND.
The business in the early years was built on a strong foundation of in-person sales as John Popp traveled across the country forging the relationships that would prove to serve the company over the next three decades. Today, the business is sustained primarily through telephone sales and support.
Popp customers have come to rely on the wise council of the Popp staff for all of their Binding and Laminating needs. It is that council that has become the hallmark of the Popp brand over the years, and it is that commitment to service that will ensure the future of Popp in the coming years.
Early sales in the history of the company were primarily binding related, and as needs changed and technology advanced, it was the relationship with the client that proved to be invaluable. The dialogue with the customer was as such that we could respond to their changing needs, which led to the incorporation of more Laminating equipment and supplies. This agility to respond to customer requests also has brought us into the PVC card market as well.
Our company has changed over the years, buy we have kept growing and maintaining our customer service and the quality of our products. Our philosophy is to distribute the best quality product at a fair price.
